Courses and Admission Procedure

1. Bachelor of Legislative Laws (LLB)

Duration: 3 Years/Full Time/On-campus)
Annual Tuition Fees: Rs. 15,785.00
Academic Session Starts: July.
System Of Examination: Semester

Eligibility: A student passing Bachelor’s degree examination with Minimum 45% Marks in any faculty of this University or any other Recognised University shall be eligible for admission to First year LL.B. Course (three-year degree course). There shall be relaxation of 5% marks in case of SC/ST students.

2. Master of Law (LLM)

Duration: 2 Years/Full Time/On-campus
Annual Tuition Fees: Rs. 18,220.00
Academic Session Starts: June.

Eligibility: Candidates should have passed their LLB degree examination conducted by any university recognized by the UG

3. B.S.L. LL.B.

Duration: 5 Year law course
Annual Tuition Fees: Rs. 15,785.00

Eligibility: For admission to the 5 Year Law Course the candidates must have secured at least 45% marks in their 10+2 exams or its equivalent exams. For the candidates belonging to S.C / S.T. the percentage requirement is reduced to 40% marks in the above mentioned exams.

4. Diploma in Taxation Laws (D.T.L.)

Duration: 1 Year
Annual Tuition Fees: Rs. 8,113.00

Eligibility: A Bachlor’s Degree in any faculty.
Out of Maharashtra Students will have to pay approx. Rs. 8000 extra per annum.

Admission procedure

The candidates are required to fill an application form, mentioning their educational qualifications.
The admission is based on the merit and interview results.
There is no any Written Entrance Exam
Admission is on merit basis only.
For B.S.L.LL.B. (5 years Law Course) Merit based on 12th Marks.
For LL.B. (3 years Law Course) Merit based on Graduation Marks.
